It was Benjamin Franklin who said that nothing is certain but death and taxes. If he were alive today, we believe Mr. Franklin would add "a changing tax code" to his list. Constant changes in tax laws are major reasons you need an accountant with specialized expertise. These changes dictate that your tax situation be monitored throughout the year. Whether you are the owner of a closely-held business or the CFO of a corporation, PKM professionals understand the complexities of taxation and stay on top of the regulations that impact your business.
It is rare to find clients who truly enjoy dealing with their tax obligations. Our goals at PKM are to ensure that tax planning integrates well with our clients’ financial strategies and to make the overall experience as painless and as productive as possible.
Like other firms, PKM’s tax professionals provide tax consulting and compliance services for small businesses, partnerships and large corporations active throughout the United States. What sets us apart from other firms is that PKM offers proactive, tailored, and innovative solutions designed to ensure compliance and maximize profitability. We do this with a team of highly-qualified professionals with experience in multiple industries and tax specialties. See what we have to offer Banks, Technology and Bio Sciences companies, the Insurance industry and Real Estate/Construction companies.
PKM is offering an online version of the educational booklet, “What Health Care Reform Means for Your Business” to help you gain a better understanding of the new health care laws. Click here to view the booklet. We hope you find this guide to be resourceful, however, since there are many intricate rules and exceptions it is always important to consider how new laws will affect your unique situation. If you have any questions regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, we can help.
