Ironically, the story of our high-tech practice is a homegrown one. As a small business itself, PKM has faced many of the same information technology challenges over the years that our clients face on a continual basis. In the process of designing, installing and continually upgrading our own IT infrastructure, we also have built our own in-house team of IT experts. Concurrently, the trust that our clients have in our CPAs is so strong that we are frequently asked for advice and recommendations on a wide range of business issues, such as "Who do you use for your IT service?" Thus, our IT Infrastructure practice was born. Today, this practice provides many of our clients with an IT solution that carries the same high level of trust and personal service that is delivered in our accounting practice.
