Just as no two companies are alike, no two audits should be alike. In other words, we do not offer a generic, cookie-cutter process. With a broad range of audit procedures in hand, we design our audits to meet client needs based on planning with management and, when appropriate, the audit committee.

Meaningful.

No one likes accounting jargon, not even our accountants. While keeping in accordance with current accounting principles, we take great care to see that statements are also meaningful and understandable to both internal management and external users. Footnote disclosures, for instance, are written in a concise manner to explain important aspects of the financial position and operational results of the company.

Useful.

Your investment of time, money and resources into the audit process should be optimized. We place significant emphasis on content relevance and work with management to determine what supplemental information would be useful. We often supplement financial statements with other financial information designed to provide further analyses and to meet your specific needs.

Opportunistic.

We believe our clients want more from us than simply a stamp of approval. When engaged for audits, we believe part of our mission is to seek improved operating efficiency and profitability for our clients. We may, for example, outline possible internal control improvements, comment on favorable and unfavorable trends or recommend methods to protect against future rises in interest rates.
