Background & Experience

David is a magna cum laude graduate of The University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. David spent eight years working with a large international accounting and consulting firm. For three years, David was Controller for the world’s largest trade mart and trade show organization, where he was responsible for all financial reporting with the SEC, tax filings, bank compliance reporting and internal management reporting. His primary expertise is in auditing and consulting for various financial services industries, including banks, thrifts, investment companies and broker dealers. He is active in many trade organizations promoting the interests of community banks.
