Background & Experience

Prior to joining the firm in September of 2004, Rob spent eight years with a Big Four accounting firm, including two years in their National Joint Venture and Passthrough Services group. As a member of this group, he served as a national resource for partnership and S corporation technical issues. His experience also includes providing C corporation, S corporation, and partnership tax consulting and compliance services to clients ranging from small, closely-held businesses to Fortune 500 companies. At PKM, Rob has focused on providing tax services to community banks, insurance companies and closely held businesses. Services include the preparation and/or review of federal and state income tax returns, the preparation and/or review of income tax provisions and footnotes, and assistance with tax authorities regarding notices and audits. Rob also provides partnership tax consulting services to several large companies that are members in operating partnerships.
