Background & Experience

Janet is a director of bank tax services of Porter Keadle Moore, LLP, where she utilizes her 13 years of experience with super-regional banks and 10 years of experience with the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet.

Janet concentrates her expertise on the taxation of financial institutions. She has provided banks of all sizes with a variety of consulting services, including bank formation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Her expertise also includes estimated tax calculations and preparation of Federal and State income tax returns. Janet works with traditional C-corporation banks as well as many S-corporation banks. In fact, Janet is a frequent speaker at S-Corp seminars.
