James ("Jim") H. Rumph , CISA

Systems Manager

Jim is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and over five years of experience in computer audit and internal controls consulting. Since joining PKM in February of 2006, he has managed information technology general controls assessments, information security reviews and network vulnerability assessments for a variety of clients in the financial services industry. He has also managed engagements that have included both assurance and consulting projects such as financial statement audits, SAS70 audits, agreed upon procedures, Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance in a wide range of complex information technology environments.

Jim enjoys traveling to Athens in the fall for Georgia football games. He also enjoys spending time golfing, hunting, and fishing.
