Background & Experience

Marianne graduated from the University of Alabama where she received both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, she spent two years with an international accounting firm. Marianne performs financial statement audits of financial institutions, insurance companies, not-for-profits and manufacturing clients. She also performs employee benefit plan audits, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 documentation and testing procedures and outsourced bank internal audits.
