Bank CFO / Controller Peer Group


This PKM-sponsored group meets three times a year to provide bank financial executives with a forum to obtain continuing professional education (CPE) credit and participate in roundtable discussions on a variety of financial topics. All meetings are held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the 191 Club in Atlanta and are worth 4 CPE credits.

De Novo Bank Peer Group


A PKM-sponsored group, the De Novo Bank Peer Group meets three times annually to provide executives of banks in operation five years or less a vehicle by which to share ideas and concerns specific to start-up years. All meetings are held at the UGA Alumni Club in Buckhead, unless otherwise specified, from 12:00 noon until 4:00 PM.

Third Annual Fraud and Forensic Accounting Education Conference

Hosted by Georgia Southern University
May 14-16, 2009, Atlanta, Georgia

The purpose of this conference is to assist practitioners and educators in developing their professional and academic skills in the specialized fields of forensic accounting and fraud examination. The conference program features approximately 20 CPE hours worth of presentations by nationally renowned keynote speakers, fraud and forensic accounting professionals, academics and practitioners. Designed for both practitioners and educators the event offers industry updates, useful education tips, tools, and training techniques on a variety of topics from basic to advanced.
