Audit and Tax

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Financial statement audits, tax compliance and consulting
    Internal audit outsourcing service and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 projects

 REQUIREMENTS
    Three to seven years experience in public accounting
    Master's degree in accounting
    CPA exam completion (or working towards)
    Banking industry experience a plus
    Insurance industry experience a plus
    Public company experience a plus
    Corporate, flow-through entities experience
    Consolidated tax return experience Solid project management skills
     Ability to work independently
     Good written and verbal communication skills

    Approximately 30% travel - Audit

Information Technology

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Managing SAS 70 Review engagements
    Conducting IT Audits and IT Control Reviews
    Performing Network Vulnerability Assessments
    Assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 internal control projects
    Reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing general controls in a wide range of environments
    Preparing reports on findings and recommendations as a result of the audit work performed.

 REQUIREMENTS
    The ideal candidate will have experience with both information systems and auditing.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting or finance.
    Master's degree a plus
    3+ years IT audit experience
    Financial Institution experience a plus
    Solid project management skills
    Ability to work independently
    Good written and verbal communication skills
    CISA preferred

    Approximately 50% travel
