We work with employees throughout their careers to help plan and schedule training. PKM has a Career Track Planning Guide, which outlines what is expected of employees at all levels and in a variety of areas. We offer incentives in the form of paid time to study, reimbursement of approved exam review materials, exam fee reimbursement and monetary bonuses for passing exams that earn employees the necessary professional credentials.
PKM uses accountability teams, which are small groups of people who look out for one another personally and professionally. Each team includes 5-6 individuals at various stages of their careers. These teams function as support groups for the participants, sounding boards and resources to help individual professional development.
